You can return the vehicle while our office is closed, it would just count as if you returned the vehicle at 8am the next morning when we open. Ask us about after-hours returns when you pickup for more info.

What do I need to rent?
We require all customers to have full coverage car insurance, a valid drivers license, and a major credit card.
Can I use a debit card?
Of course! The deposit will just be raised from $300 to $750.
Can I rent if I am under 25? Under 21?
Yes you can, we just charge an additional $12/day for drivers 21-24 and an additional $25/day for drivers 18-20.
How much is the deposit?
We do a $300 authorization on your credit card when you pick up, but it is a hold not a charge. It will show as pending on your bank statement and will be released when you return.
Can you reserve a specific make/model for me?
Unfortunately, no. However, we can guarantee you the rate you reserved. If we do not have the car class available that you reserved, we could upgrade you to the next car class.
Can someone else drive the car that I rent?
There is a $5/day fee for additional drivers. Additional drivers must meet all the qualifications that the primary driver must meet in regards to age, license, insurance, and credit card.
Can I use another person's credit card to rent the vehicle?
No, at the time of the rental you would have to meet all qualifications. The name on the drivers license and credit card must match, and must be the same name as is on the contract and the same name as the person signing.
Can I take the car out of California?
No. However, you may drive to Las Vegas with advance notice to our company.
How is my rental rate calculated?
The rates are based on a 24-hour rental day starting with the hour you pick up the vehicle.
Does the cost of the rental include fuel?
No, we ask that you return the vehicle with the same amount of gas that it had when you picked up to avoid refueling charges.
